The rest of the day...

After Andrew's game, we headed to the park. We packed a picnic lunch to enjoy with Nana and Papa. Andrew didn't even want to eat lunch; he just wanted to play.  He was very fascinated with the many ducks around. I totally forgot to bring some extra bread for the ducks, so Josh and I saved some of our sandwiches so he could throw a few. Well, not too much bread made it to the ducks... we kept handing Andrew pieces to throw and about half of them never made it to the ducks... he put them in his mouth!!!!

We played and played and played... eventually we headed to Mimi and Poppas house. Andrew spent the rest of the afternoon and evening there.  A big thanks to them for hanging with Andrew so we could have some fun!

We had tickets to the Mavericks game that evening. But before then, we ate dinner at Razzoos, a cajun cafe. I tried gator for the first time... tastes like chicken. LOL
We had never been to a professional basketball game. We got cheap nosebleed tickets, but they were still pretty good. Jeanna did not like the steep grade of the high seats, but we could see exactly what was happening on the court without looking at the big screen.  The mavs were ahead the whole first half, even up my 14 points much of the game, but the second half was very close. The last ten minutes of the game kept going back and forth.  Ultimately, the Dallas Mavericks won 103 to 100 against the Sacramento Kings.  Yeeeee Hawwwww
